THE magnificent grounds of Durley’s Wintershill Hall are soon to host the twelfth Bishop’s Waltham Garden Fair.
Carolyn and Jamie Balfour will open their estate to more than 60 stalls and garden nurseries on Sunday, May 3.
The festival will feature a birds of prey display, homemade food, spit roasts, children’s activities, a jazz band and tips from landscaping expert Andy McIndoe.
Proceeds go to St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group, which received more than £1,000 from a recent coffee morning by the fair’s committee.
Entry costs £5 with under-14s free. The event runs from 10am to 4pm.
