A "MUD pile" footpath in a Bishop's Waltham park is set for a £2,500 revamp.
Drainage and surface work to the path in Priory Park will create easy access for pushchairs and disabled residents, parish councillors heard as they pledged the cash.
Cllr Steve Miller said: "Unless you had a hovercraft you wouldn't get a pushchair up through there. It's a mud pile at the moment."
The plans include a new double kissing gate for pushchairs.
