BISHOP'S Waltham firms are set to elect new leaders at the chamber of trade this month.
Members will appoint a chairman, co-chairman, treasurer and secretary on January 27 after the entire committee resigned in a dispute over funding the town's Christmas fayre last year.
Parish councillor Terry Wilson accused the committee of mismanaging their money and relying on civic grants to “reward incompetence”.
Andrew Grover, of Bishop's Waltham Butchers, is expected to run for chairman at the chamber's annual general meeting. Other candidates are unlikely to be confirmed until closer to the time.
