THE owner of a kennels near Bishop’s Waltham has resubmitted expansion plans after civic chiefs said stray dogs could make too much noise.
Colin Stoneman applied to expand Three Oaks Boarding Kennels, Botley Road, from eight to 27 kennels in June but was knocked back by Winchester City Council.
Three Oaks takes strays found in Winchester and Eastleigh but planners said the dogs could be too loud.
Mr Stoneman has amended the scheme to include “enclosed and insulated” kennels.
