Plans to expand Bishop's Waltham kennels rejected by civic chiefs
WINCHESTER city chiefs have rejected plans to expand a kennels near Bishop’s Waltham.
Colin Stoneman, owner of Three Oaks Boarding Kennels, Botley Road, had applied to build 25 new dog kennels in place of the existing eight.
He also wanted to build two isolation kennels for dogs carrying infectious diseases.
