FORGET the Great British Bake Off.

A woman from Bishop’s Waltham has produced an incredible cake of her own and it’s up for grabs.

Izzy Pink, 28, has lovingly created “Le Croc” and put him on sale to the highest bidder, with all the funds going to Cancer Research UK.

Izzy’s mum, Marion Pink, of Brooklands Drive, Bishop’s Waltham, passed away three weeks ago after a battle with cancer.

“We feel we'd like to do something to help.

“I purposefully made the cake this week a little Hallowe’en-y to try and help with the bids for any parties this weekend as it must be gone by Saturday for edible purposes,” she said.

Izzy is a professional cake designer and has spent the last two weeks learning Margie (CORRECT) Carter, well known in culinary circles for her novelty cakes.

The cake pictured was produced as result of her work with Margie.

“This bad boy is worth a fortune but all you need to do is make a bid to try and win him!” Izzy said.

To snap up Le Croc, email izzypink@hotmail.co.uk.

He can be collected or delivered, depending on location, but must go by Saturday.
