AS the nation gears up for the world’s biggest coffee morning, Bishop’s Waltham is no exception.
Between 10am and 12pm on Friday (September 27), an official Macmillan fundraising coffee morning will come to the Luvvit Want It gift boutique in Cross Street.
A donation to Macmillan Cancer Support gets you tea or coffee and a selection of homemade cakes – prepared by owners Emma Bondsfield and Helen Curtis-Allen, their friends, family and customers.
Emma said: “There is definitely spirit in this community!”
As well as a raffle, a goody bag with treats, and money-off vouchers, Luvvit Want It will be donating 15 per cent of total sales for the day to Macmillan Cancer Support.
“Come for Coffee: three little words that make a world of difference for anyone fighting cancer, a cause very, very close to my heart right now,” Emma said.
