A SERIES of burglaries has hit the village of Four Marks, near Alresford.
An unoccupied bungalow in Blackberry Lane, that is being renovated, was broken into. Nothing was stolen.
Three sheds have been targeted in Blackberry Lane, two in Bernard Avenue and another in Weathermore Lane. Gardening equipment was snatched.
They occurred between Tuesday, February 23 and Wednesday, February 25.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a spate of break-ins. PC Ross George, of the Alton Targeted Patrol Team, said: “We would ask anyone with any information about these burglaries to contact us as soon as possible.
“Residents are encouraged to contact us if they see any suspicious activity in their neighbourhood.”
