CIVIC chiefs are set to impose road restrictions to ease traffic flow on market days in Alresford.
The city council has decided to introduce a 'prohibition on driving' on Thursdays, 8am to 2pm along 50 metres of the Broad Street service road near the Horse and Groom public house.
The reason is to try to ensure safety for pedestrians.
No objections have been received.
