Cheriton villagers gearing up for annual show of green-fingered skills
VILLAGERS in Cheriton are sharpening their competitive instincts for the annual village show this Saturday.
The best vegetables, flowers, cakes, jams and artwork will be on show in the village hall and the primary school.
The exhibits will be placed in the morning before judging and the opening to public view from 2pm.
At about 3.15pm there will be prize giving, a raffle and an auction of produce.
