TICHBORNE Parish Council meets on Monday and will discuss the planning application for Matterley estate.
Landowner Peveril Bruce has proposed the change the use of land from agriculture to temporary mixed agricultural and summer festivals and endurance running events use.
The council in Tichborne has objected strongly to the proposal because of the noise pollution caused by events such as BoomTown.
The council meets at Alresford Golf Club at 6.30pm.
