ONE of Hampshire most unusual churches will be busy this month.
The Church in the Wood at Bramdean Common near Alresford will host a Christening on September 27.
Evensong is held at 3pm on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from May to September.
The Harvest Festival is held at the evensong on the fourth Sunday in September when the little building becomes a veritable flower and vegetable grotto.
By special request, there will for the first time be a candle-lit Carol Service on December 6 at 6pm.
It is not possible to leave it open but visitors are always welcome to come by appointment. Phone 01962 771793 or 772440.
