LAST reminder for the Alresford Duck Race on Sunday June 21, starting at Noon.
An action-packed, fun family afternoon is promised at Weir House, courtesy of Meon Valley MP George Hollingbery and his wife Jeanette.
The bi-annual event, organised by the Alresford Pigs Association, it’s a guaranteed afternoon of fun for young and old alike – and for those with an eye for the fastest Ducks, a potentially lucrative one!
In addition to seven races there will be a circus skills workshop, face painting, a bouncy castle, giant Scalextric, a treasure hunt, beer tent and barbecue.
There is free entrance for pedestrians is via the path at the bottom of Mill Hill (off Broad Street) and free parking off Abbotstone Road.
