Crime down by half in villages
CRIME in a parish near Alresford has dropped by half in the last year, parish chiefs heard.
There were 36 crime reports in Bramdean and Hinton Ampner in 2014-15 compared to 72 in 2013-14, the annual parish meeting was told.
Speeding remains a local concern and police camera vans will be operating on the A272.
