AN appeal against the East Hampshire District Council’s decision to refuse permission for 51 dwellings at Boyneswood Lane, Medstead, has been allowed by an inspector.
The council had refused permission, arguing that further development would have an adverse impact on the sustainability of the settlement.
The inspector disagreed with the council and concluded that a development of this size could be successfully absorbed into Four Marks.
