KILMESTON Parish Council is growing frustrated by the problem of surface water on the roads between the village and Cheriton Crossroads.
Water is not draining properly at the bends close to the junction with Sandy Lane.
Recent resurfacing work has created a near-permament pool near the junction with the A272.
The council fears it could become very dangerous in icy weather.
The county council highways manager was due to be visiting the road to see the problems at first hand.
