A POPULAR footpath in Alresford is becoming “dangerous”, town councillors say.
The recent full council meeting heard that the north side of The Avenue footpath is becoming increasingly slippery when wet due to leaf fall.
Councillors said they will ask Hampshire County Council to include the area on their cleaning rota, and Cllr Jackie Porter agreed to help.
There was also debate about whether to widen the path.
