A GRADE two listed building in Alresford should be properly maintained, says a town councillor.
At the recent council meeting Cllr Annie Saunders said the Alresford Pharmacy, in East Street on the corner of Broad Street, is in need of repair.
She said: βIt is in a very prominent location. The wood work of the bay window, which looks out on East Street, has collapsed and is full of rubbish. Living in East Street as I do, I have had various complaints from residents.β
Cllr Saunders said she is working with conservation officers at Winchester City Council to encourage the landlord meets his obligations.
