TOWN councillors want to see a grade two listed building in Alresford properly maintained.
At the recent council meeting Cllr Annie Saunders said the Alresford Pharmacy, in East Street on the corner of Broad Street, is in need of repair.
She said: βIt is in a very prominent location. The wood work of the bay window, which looks out on East Street, has collapsed and is full of rubbish. Living in East Street as I do, I have had various complaints from residents.β
Cllr Saunders said she is working with conservation officers at Winchester City Council to make sure the landlord meets his obligations to maintain the building.
