New food outlet coming to Alresford
ANOTHER food or drink outlet could be coming to Alresford.
Preston Candover Ltd has won approval for a change of use of the ground floor of the former Keats, Marshall Bendall estate agency in Broad Street.
The use was previously for financial and professional services but now a restaurant or café will be allowed.
The application has been permitted by city council planning officers under their delegated powers.
