Delay over revamped World War One memorial in Alresford
A MOTION to approve reconstruction for a World War One memorial in Alresford has been deferred.
A local resident requested that an item was put on last week’s agenda (June 12) but members of New Alresford Town Council were forced to move the discussion to another date after the resident failed to show up.
The plans for the reconstruction have not yet been made clear and it is understood the council will discuss this at the next available date.
