New rugby pitches in Alresford
A NEW set of rugby pitches are to be developed at land in Alresford over the forthcoming year.
The Recreation Committee agreed to having the new playing fields built on newly acquired and leased land at the northern part of the recreation ground.
The recent spell of bad weather meant these works have been delayed but the Town Council has confirmed they hope to have them completed by the end of 2014.
