Firefighters tackle fire after crash on M3 near Winchester
Winchester firefighters put out a fire after a car crashed off the M3 today.
A Peugeot left the northbound carriageway and went down a slope just north of Winchester Services at around 6am.
The male driver scrambled clear and was believed to be uninjured.
The fire was confirned to the engine and was dealt with by a crew from Winchester Fire Station.
