Winchester man acquitted of racially aggravated violence
A WINCHESTER man accused of racial violence has been cleared after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Andrew Auld, 40, of Milland Road, Highcliffe, was alleged to have attacked Pawel Oczek on February 20 and that the offence was racially aggravated.
Auld was also accused of threatening behaviour on the same date.
But magistrates sitting at Basingstoke last Thursday (October 4) heard that no evidence was being offered and dismissed the case.
