Steve Rayner rejoins as director of structures.
A Winchester -based consultancy has welcomed a new director 20 years after he first joined the company as a graduate engineer.
After completing his chartership with Upton McGougan in the late 80s, Steve Rayner left the firm to continue his career in Hong Kong and Malaysia, specialising in high-rise and deep basement design. Mr Rayner has now been appointed as the firm's director of structures. He said: “While some of the faces have changed, the core values of the business remain true and I'm excited to be amongst it once again.”
Upton McGougan managing director Steve Miles said: “It's a privilege to have Steve back amongst our ranks although it already feels as though he's never been away. He will be a great asset to the board and the company as a whole.”
