This week’s focus is split between a brand new award and the one that everyone wants to take home. In all there are eight categories.

The judges will be looking for:

  • An individual who is a consistent high achiever making a significant contribution to the company.

  • Someone who is innovative or creative in problem solving.

  • Someone who has excellent record with customer service.

  • An employee who has gone over and above the company’s expectations.
