A NEW parents’ group has formed to support the work of an Alresford nursery.
The Parents of Patchwork (POP) group has been set up to improve communication between parents and staff at the Patchwork Day Nursery & Pre-School, based at Perins School.
It will also be involved in fundraising projects including redesigning the nursery garden for the six-months to three-year-old age group and buy a play house for the pre-school garden.
They kick off their efforts with a ‘nearly new’ sale on Sunday, March 4 for second hand children’s toys and clothes.
Tables can be rented for £10 while entrance to the sale is £1 per family with tea, coffee and cakes available.
All funds will go towards buying new outdoor equipment for both pre-school and nursery gardens.
For more information contact the nursery on 01926 737286 or email the POP group at thepatchworkpopgroup@yahoo.co.uk.
