The 1st Ampfield Brownies proved to be good all-rounders as they lifted the Rosebud Tropy.
The annual competition for packs from the Romsey Division was held at Woodley Village Scout Hall, where the teams of six, representing the full age range of Brownies from seven to 11, competed in tasks which tested their mental, physical and craft-making skills. Challenges included word-searches, origami and balancing on boards.
The Ampfield girls are pictured with Sue Moore (Brown Owl), Janet Parker (County Commissioner) and Sarah Riley (Division Commissioner) won the trophy which was presented by Mrs Janet Parker.
