AN affordable housing company has submitted plans to build ten homes in the Meon Valley.
The Hyde Group wants to put five one-bedroom, three two-bedroom and two three-bedroom houses in Marlands Lane, West Meon, opposite the recreation ground.
Winchester City Council is expected to make a decision on the scheme by November 2.
