Dragons' Den star to speak at launch of network club in Winchester

TOP businessman and Dragons' Den legend James Caan will be guest of honour at the launch of a new networking club.

Networth South aims to bring together leaders from the property and construction sector from across the south coast and is being launched at the four-star, ‘new generation’ Holiday Inn, Winchester on March 23.

The event will give the chance to hear one of the most highly-regarded business gurus, but also meet their peers to discuss future issues for those involved in property and construction.

The club will then meet on the last Tuesday of each month with the emphasis being on making new contacts and developing old ones.

Linda Williams, sales manager at the Holiday Inn said: “We’re delighted to be able to host the inaugural Networth South forum and welcome not only Mr Caan but business leaders from the property and construction sector to our brand new hotel.

“We understand the importance of having the right facilities for events like this. That’s why the hotel’s dedicated business suite, conference facilities and seven fully functional boardrooms are well placed to host such functions.”

Boasting full wi-fi connectivity and the latest technical equipment, the hotel’s proximity to London and several major motorways is expected to prove popular with the business community.

Duncan Bartlett from Networth South added: “To have someone of James Caan’s stature launch the first Networth South event is fantastic and we hope the property and construction community will turn out in force to hear what he has to say and to make this event a great success.”

Networth South will launch from 6pm on March 23 at The Holiday Inn, Morn Hill, SO21 1HZ. For further information call 01962 670700. Networth South will charge a nominal fee of £10 per person to cover administration and is payable on the door.
