A UNIQUE annual carol service has helped a four-figure sum for the Naomi House hospice.
Every Christmas choristers from Winchester Cathedral go into the nearby Wykeham Arms for a concert.
Pub manager John Howard said: "The choristers come in every year on the last Sunday before Christmas. They sing and then pass around the bucket. This year that raised £460."
The pub handed over a cheque to Naomi House for £1,113.75p. The balance came from the ticket sales for the New Year's party.
