AN exhibition of the best in craft is being held at Winchester Discovery Centre until January 10.

Crafted is an exhibition bringing together makers as far afield as Scotland and Yorkshire as well as Hampshire.

All the items are for sale, with prices starting from £10.

Organiser Kit Lendon said: "This is the second year we have held Crafted at the Discovery Centre. Its success last year was due to people visiting, mainly through curiosity but being totally captivated by the work we were showing. They just couldn't go home without that beautiful bowl or necklace."

Making Merry, a seasonal exhibition of work by local artists and crafts people is also taking place at the discovery centre until Sunday January 3.
