Taylor Made Training Solutions is hosting the event, which will use the DISC management profiling tool to help participants see how they can improve their performance and efficiency.
It will take place at Taylor Made Computer Solutions’ headquarters at Cams Hall, Fareham, on November 25, from 4.30pm until 6.30pm.
Organiser, Mike Henson, said: “DISC is a world-class people-profiling tool which allows users to have an insight on the real person and how that individual is likely to behave in the work place and, more importantly for business, how effective their interaction is with other managers, their team and their colleagues.
“The seminar will provide an excellent starting point for individuals, teams and organisations towards making fully-informed decisions and improving performance.”
