A NEW women’s group is being launched in Twyford called Disparate Housewives WI.
Its first meeting will take place in the parish hall at 7.45pm on Monday, November 16.
The recently opened Waitrose store in Winchester is providing cheese and wine for the icebreaker, where new members can learn about the group.
Membership costs £29.50 for 12 months, and it is likely to meet on the third Wednesday of each month. The group is open to women of all ages.
Visit www.disparatehousewiveswi.co.uk or call Louise Watson on 01962 711631 for more details.
The existing Women’s Institute group in Twyford will be continuing, and can be reached on 01962 712267.
