CLAY pigeon shooting, archery, terrier racing and falconry displays.
Those were just some of the events on offer at the Hampshire Country Sports Day at Tichborne Park on Sunday (Sep 13).
The event, which started in 1980, attracted a record number of visitors with around 6,000 attending the day long show compared to just under 5,000 last year.
Countryside Alliance Regional Director Sara Rutherford said: "It was a huge success. It's an amazing show which has a great following and you see the same people every year."
There were also gundog demonstrations, ferret racing, a parade of hounds, a family fun dog show, a ladies side-saddle display as well as more than 50 trade stands at the event.
