A WINCHESTER man has been fined for breaking a non-molestation order - days after it was made.
Wayne Mansbridge, 42, of Battery Hill, Stanmore, admitted to making indirect contact with a woman via a third party on November 4, 2022.
The offence took place two days after a non-molestation order was put in place by Winchester Family Court, on November 2, 2022.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 15, Mansbridge has been ordered to pay a £300 fine. He must also pay costs of £200 and a £120 victim surcharge.
The total amount of £620 will be paid in monthly £20 instalments, starting on May 15.
