A TEST Valley pensioner is due to face trial next year over his allegedly out of control dogs that attacked a woman.
Nicholas Woods, 76, of Romsey Road, King's Somborne, denies the charge of having three dangerous dogs that attacked and injured Elizabeth Templeman on February 25 this year.
David Fosler, prosecuting, told Aldershot Magistrates Court that the three boxer cross dogs were out of control on Winchester Road in King's Somborne.
Woods denied the charge on July 25.
The magistrates on Thursday December 13 adjourned the case for trial at Aldershot on May 31.
