Our political leaders and our King have rightly condemned the recent needless loss of innocent lives in Israel/Palestine. Our own county council leader Rob Humby also.
I shall await eagerly similar condemnation of the even greater loss of innocent lives resulting from revenge attacks on Gaza. This is on the basis that Israeli lives and Palestinian lives are of equal importance and value.
However, given the bias shown decade after decade in the Western world, I suspect I will be waiting a very long time. That is of course unless Cllr Humby wishes to take the lead.
