FITNESS and yoga classes with The Meno Coach will be back from Tuesday, September 12.

Personal trainer Sharon Worth, known as The Meno Coach, is expanding her timetable this Autumn following the classes’ popularity with the locals.

Sessions at Littleton Memorial Hall include Menofit at 11am on Tuesdays and 6pm on Fridays and menopause yoga at midday on Tuesdays and 7pm on Fridays.

Sharon said: “It is my mission to educate and empower people affected by the menopause to take control of their health - to know and understand the symptoms, the health risks and how to combat these.

“I hope to take away the fear of menopause and to start raising awareness of the transition within the younger community, educating those who are pre-menopausal on what to expect and how to be best prepared for what is to come.

“While it can be a very challenging time for some, with debilitating symptoms, it also has many positive outcomes and can be seen as a time for new beginnings and new opportunities, as has been my experience.”
