FITNESS and yoga classes with The Meno Coach will be back from Tuesday, September 12.

Personal trainer Sharon Worth, known as The Meno Coach, is expanding her timetable this Autumn following the classes’ popularity with the locals.

Sessions at Littleton Memorial Hall include Menofit at 11am on Tuesdays and 6pm on Fridays and menopause yoga at midday on Tuesdays and 7pm on Fridays.

LITTLETON and Harestock Show will take over the recreation ground from midday on Saturday, September 2.

Entries for the flower show closed this week. Other attractions confirmed for the traditional fete include Dog Gymkhana, four piece band Stax of Soul, tribute act Jelvis and an open mic event.

Admission costs £6 for adults, £2 for kids aged six to 16 and free for under sixes. The event is beginning to move away from cash payments with contactless payments available for entry and some stalls. Visitors are advised to still bring cash.

LITTLETON Art Group is recruiting new members. The friendly club has been meeting for 30 years, drawing and using water colours and pastels at Littleton Church Room.

THE free Worthys Music Festival returns to Eversley Park from midday on Saturday, September 9.

Entertainment includes a Worthys Youth Football Club penalty shootout, fancy dress fun run and live local bands such as Grohlercoaster, Flaxen Hill, The Mod Cons and The Wonstons.

There will be food and drink at the Worthies Sports and Social Club as well as a beer tent and Scouts BBQ. Visitors are encouraged to walk or cycle to the park.

THE Worthies Craft and Makers Market will be starting again on Sunday, September 24 and organisers are looking for more stall holders.

The craft fair covers two rooms at The Worthies Sports and Social Club and is free to attend from 10am to 2pm. There will also be a raffle, hot food, tea and coffee and a bar open from midday. Free parking is available.
