A MAN has been fined for driving with no insurance after he was caught on Easton Lane in Winchester.
Varinder Singh, 21, of Argyle Road, St Mary's, Southampton, was stopped by the police on August 14.
Singh pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court fined Singh £180, with a £72 victim surcharge and six penalty points added to his licence.
The court was told there was no order for costs because of Singh's lack of means.
