Police have arrested three suspected drug dealers after responding to ‘suspicious’ activity in broad daylight in a Winchester street.
Officers from the City Neighbourhood Policing team were called to Paternoster Row shortly after 12pm on Tuesday, March 15, where they carried out a search of four people.
During the search, officers located a quantity of what they suspect to be Class A drugs and cash.
Three men aged 25, 34 and 49, all from Winchester, have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
They have been questioned by officers and released under investigation while enquiries continue.
