Police have confirmed a body has been found.
OFFICERS searching for a missing man on the Isle of Wight have found a body.
Formal identification has not yet taken place, but the family of missing 49-year-old, Richard Chase, have been informed.
They are being supported by officers.
Police said Mr Chase had last been seen at around 1.20am on Saturday morning, leaving Fever & Boutique nightclub in Newport.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
