PLANS to convert a former Droxford pub into accommodation have been submitted.
If approved, The Hurdles in Station road will become a single dwellinghouse.
South Downs National Park Authority are set to decide whether to give the applicants, listed only as "Mr and Mrs Williams", permission to do so by December 3.
The former pub was known for its gastro-food and was popular amongst locals, but suddenly shut its doors in June 2018. At the time a spokesperson for pub company Ei said they had planned to reopen under new management.
It went up for auction last month (September) at a guided freehold between £450,000 to £500,000.
