Weekly Delivery from The Winchester Basics Bank for 43 Families Being Prepared by Volunteers
THE Winchester Basics Bank have served food to over 2,000 families in the last 12 months.
Across the 2,000 families, 13,900 days worth of food has been distributed.
Regular food donations from Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco, Co-Op and Abel & Cole have helped make this possible.
Clients are often referred to the Basics Bank by local welfare organisations such as the City Council.
Winchester Basics Bank operations are funded solely by donations from churches, schools, community groups and individuals.
