THESE are the men police want to speak to after a teenager was pushed through a shop window and left heavily bleeding from his cuts.

Police the assault took place after an argument next to King Alfred the Great Statue in Winchester on Sunday, May 20.

The argument, between two men and a 19-year-old, started in nearby Alfie’s Bar.

A further altercation took place shortly afterwards by the statue, on The Broadway.

The victim was then pushed into the window of nearby shop, Fired Earth,

The window broke and he received a cut to the head that required stitches, as well as a deep wound to a finger.

The two men left the area after the assault and the victim was found bleeding heavily by a member of the public.

It is believed that the men left in the direction of Eastgate Street towards Friarsgate.

Officers believe one of the suspects may have cut himself in the incident, which they say took place between 1.30am and 2.07am.

Police have now released CCTV of two men they would like to speak to about the incident.

The first man is described as white, aged between 45-55 years old, stock build and around 5ft 8ins tall.

He had short hair, almost balding, and was wearing a grey t-shirt, dark blue jeans and trainers.

The second man was also described as white, aged between 45-55 years old, stock build and around 5ft 11ins tall.

He is described as of slim build, long straggly grey hair and wearing a lighter coloured short sleeve shirt, dark trousers and trainers.
