A BIKE thief has been handed a community order.
Christopher Scott Bryan, 44, admitted stealing four bikes, in Southampton and Winchester and stealing £50 in cash from Brian Sanderson.
Bryan, whose address was given as the Trinity Centre, Durngate, Winchester, received a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days.
He also admitted failing to surrender at Southampton Magistrates Court.
For failing to pay a fine of £350 to was given more time to pay.
Bryan was also ordered to pay Mr Sanderson £50 in compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.
