DRIVERS are facing delays on the M3 between Southampton and Winchester following two broken down vehicles.
Traffic is slow and a lane is closed northbound at junction 9 after an earlier broken down vehicle on the A34 Winchester bypass, with delays of around 40 minutes heading back towards junction 13 at Eastleigh.
There is also another broken down vehicle at the junction 9 slip exit to the A34.
