ADAM Michael Clarke has been fined for speeding in a village near Alresford.
Clarke, 32, of Chapel Field, Easton, was clocked doing 36mph in a 30-zone in an X-reg Rover 30 zone on the A272 at Bramdean on February 5.
He pleaded guilty and was fined £40 with a £30 victim surcharge, £30 costs and three penalty points added to his licence.
Clarke denied an allegation of driving with no insurance and the case was dismissed at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
