Delays on Hampshire motorway following incident
MOTORISTS are facing delays after a road traffic incident has blocked off one lane of a motorway.
People using the M3 Southbound between junction 11 for Winchester and junction 12 to Otterbourne are being told to expect delays, which are heading back past junction 11.
Vehicles are also slow but moving between junction 13 for Eastleigh and junction 11 Northbound as vehicles move past the incident.
